About Nancy
A Career at the Intersection of Law, Leadership and Business Growth
Nancy Sciocchetti, Esq. is an attorney, corporate and health care consultant and executive advisor with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate regulation, growth, governance, transactions and change.

Experienced judgment for organizations facing important decisions, complex regulation and meaningful opportunities.
Nancy began her legal career in health law and built a deep understanding of the business, operational and regulatory issues facing health care organizations. At Sherrin & Glasel, she worked closely with firm leadership to launch a health law practice that became a defining specialization of the firm.
After the practice was acquired and integrated into O'Connell & Aronowitz, Nancy served as a health law attorney, senior partner and managing partner of the Health Law Practice. She grew the practice, started and managed the firm's Health Care Consulting Group, and opened its Saratoga Springs office. Her work included governmental approvals, corporate formation, governance, shareholder and employment agreements, real estate, transactions and executive guidance.
Nancy later served as Managing Director of the Health Care Practice at Mercury Public Affairs, where she launched and led a consulting practice serving health care providers, owners and administrators. She advised boards and senior management on growth, business development, expansion, licensing, certificates of need, transactions and crisis situations.
Today, Nancy provides legal and consulting services through her own practice. She works with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, boards, executives, practitioners, owners, developers and administrators. Her approach connects legal and regulatory knowledge with operational realities, financial considerations and practical execution.
